Allow Hibernate

1. From cmd 

 powercfg.exe /hibernate off (as Administrator)

2. From GUI 

Go to Control Panel → Hardware and Sound → Power Options (you can also type Power Options in the Windows search)
  • Click on Choose what the power buttons do
  • Click on Change settings that are currently unavailable
  • Check this checkbox:
